Leonland - Leon Barnard
Chapter 4 > More scenes from New York
I spent a lot of time wandering around Manhattan in May and June during the times that I wasn't working. There's no way to run out of cool things to see.
The apartment buildings across the street at night.

Sheep Meadow in Central Park, just before dusk.

Madison Square Park, in the shadow of the Flatiron Building.

The Flatiron Building where Broadway crosses 5th Avenue.

Another New York landmark - Katz's Deli. The best pastrami I've ever had. One of my favorite places.

More great food - amazing cheesecake and great decor at Junior's in Brooklyn.

Grand Central - a busy place.

There are over 100 train tracks that go to Grand Central.

A funky statue on the Columbia University campus.

A scene from the annual Puerto Rican day parade up 5th Avenue.

Lovely! Thanks for the pic of Madison Square Park - exactly what I was looking for.
