Chapter 4 > Montauk, Long Island
My roommate helped organize a conference in Montauk, at the tip of Long Island and she got to stay there for free. She invivted me and my girlfriend to stay with her there for the weekend. It was a lot of fun. It's just past the Hamptons and is a very upscale resort town - a real treat.
The first thing we did was go to the Montauk Point Lighthouse at the very tip of Long Island. It was a very blustery, chilly day, but it was still a very serene place.

The next day the weather completely turned around and we had a great day relaxing at the beach on a warm-ish sunny day.
