Leonland - Leon Barnard
Chapter 1 > Italy
The last country we visted was Italy. It was amazing. We went to Venice, Florence, and the Cinque Terre on the Italian Riviera. Unforgettable.Venice

A view of the grand canal from the boat bus we took every day.
One of the mini canals weaving through the city.
St. Mark's cathedral. We weren't dressed well enough to go inside.
The campanile at St. Mark's square. I'm glad it had an elevator.

A view of the city from the campanile.
A view of the canal from the campanile, one of those buildings was the hostel we stayed at, but I don't remember which one.
Florence
I was very impressed by Michelangelo's David. The detail and realism is amazing. You have to see it for yourself.
One of the towers at the Duomo cathedral. Yet another 400 step climb.
The Cinque Terre
Some views along our 6 hour walk from the first town to the fifth.
I get the towns confused, but here's one of the more southern of the 5.
We took a break in Vernazza, the 4th town.
A view of Vernazza as we were leaving for town #5.
