Leonland - Leon Barnard
Chapter 1 > Adelaide, Australia
After 21 years I finally returned to my birth place. It was wonderful and I was very well taken care of.
The beautiful home of Bet and Ed, where I spent much of my time.

A picture I took on a walk around Bet and Ed's place in the Adelaide Hills.

This was taken at the Cleland animal park, where most of the animals just roam around free.

Also at Cleland.

One of my favorite gum trees by Bet and Ed's.

A cool indoor rainforest at the botanic gardens.

I went to a really neat glass exhibition in the center of the city.

An incredible Aboriginal painting at the museum.

Here's a wombat at the zoo.

The Torrens river that runs through the city, with the Festival Centre in the background.

A great dinner at Rusell's in Willunga with close friends.

A gorgeous beach near Willunga, where I stayed at the end of my trip.
